Our pillows were uncomfortable and not supportive. We were disappointed that the hot breakfast lacked heat. It felt uncomfortable having our young granddaughter around, as some staff seemed annoyed by her presence.

The location was perfect, right at stunning Port de Soller, with a lovely pool area and more than enough sun loungers (never had to fight for one! ). The dining was a highlight, a fabulous spread with fresh fruits and varied options for every meal!

The only concern was the bed quality. I had to swap rooms due to an uncomfortable mattress (wish they would upgrade the beds! ).
